At Prizm Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic and skincare products.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• You received an incorrect item

• The product is faulty or defective upon arrival

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products

• Items without original packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

• The item must be returned in unused condition and original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a refund will be issued, and a new order can be placed.

7. Allergies & Skin Reactions

We advise customers to carefully review ingredient lists before use and perform a patch test prior to full application. Prizm Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities.
